I’ve won both a Secret Book Stuff book and a Socially Conscious Club Box, in the past. Secret Book Stuff send pre-loved gift books to a friend or yourself, you just select a genre. They also have a Secret Book Club and you can receive a hand picked book delivered to your door, each month. The Socially Conscious Club had a number of different ethical subscription or gift boxes or you could make your own. The don’t appear to exist anymore but there are others like them.
What are Subscription Boxes?
Subscription boxes are delivered to your door on a regular basis, often monthly. They are usually set up around a particular interest or to meet a particular need. Like a magazine subscription which is delivered to your house regularly, so is a subscription box. It usually contains a number of items that are related. For example, a food subscription box could contain items to make some meals or samples of different foods. A craft subscription box would contain craft items around a theme or craft technique.
There are many subscription box choices for adults. However, this post is focusing on the many and varied boxes that you can get for children and families.

LiFE Packs
As you possibly know I’ve been creating a LiFE Pack for each month. These can now be ordered in 3 – 36 month subscriptions as well. Starting at $15 for a 1 month subscription and becoming cheaper per month the more you order. Each month you’ll receive the next LiFE Pack plus a few other bits and pieces. Your child/children will receive something special on their birthday and you’ll receive some ideas about the next phase of your child’s life.
