Below is a list of some of the foods that appear on our weekly menu:

Breakfast

  • Apple Almond & Cinnamon Chia Pudding
  • Baked Eggs with Chorizo, Tomato & Zuchinni
  • Bacon & Eggs on Sundays
  • Banana Pancakes
  • Choc Crunch Granola
  • Fried veggies with egg & avocado (I usually fry up some mushrooms and capsicum, put onto a plate, top with a fried egg & avocado)
  • Puffed Corn with chopped banana, sprinkled with pepitas & sunflower seeds and served with Almond Sunflower Seed Milk 
  • Scrambled Egg with tinned salmon & avocado
  • Sweet Potato “Toast”

  • Vanilla-Almond Granola – p56 Against All Grain

Lunch

  • Caesar Salad

  • Corn or Rice thins with ham & avocado
  • Homemade Crispbread with avocado (I use Quinoa flakes instead of rolled oats)
  • Leftovers from dinner
