Advent & Christmas, Body, Recipes

Christmas Baking

We’re going to my brothers house on Christmas Day.  There will only be 12 of us for lunch.  We’ve divided up what everyone is bringing.  We’re having prawns, cold meat and salad along with lots of other goodies.

Since we’re away at the beach until Sunday most of my baking is going to happen on Christmas Eve & I’m buying what I can.

I’m taking a dip, probably Yumi’s brand (as they’re gluten and dairy free) & rice crackers.

Potato Salad

One of the things at the top of the list was Potato Salad which I’m making.

I’m also taking some chickens (which I’ll buy on Monday).

I’m making a gluten, dairy & sulphite free plum pudding.  I bought the sulphite free dried fruit today.  This is probably the recipe I’ll use but I wouldn’t mind trying this grain free one.

The only other thing I’m officially providing are gluten free Christmas lollies (which I bought on special a month or so ago).

I’m also hoping to make some White Christmas which I’ll make with gluten free rice puffs, organic sulphite free coconut and coconut milk powder.  Gluten and Dairy Free Shortbread is also on my baking list.

I might do some more Christmas baking after Christmas day, which is what happened last year.

What is on your Christmas Menu?
