It’s Easter Sunday tomorrow, so I thought I’d share a little of what I’ve been baking. This is my ‘R’ post for the A to Z Challenge.

I made rabbit or Easter Bunny Cupcakes and Easter Chick Cupcakes. The cupcakes were made using this coconut cupcake recipe and then I followed the icing & decorating instructions from the Cole Magazine recipes.

These gluten free chocolate brownies have mini Easter eggs baked in them.

The shortbread eggs and rabbits were dipped in chocolate.

I also made some Hot Cross Bun Truffles.

What have you been baking for Easter?
