Body, Heart, Mind, Soul

6 Year Blogiversary

Feed My Family blog has been going for 6 years. It started as a blog about food intolerances but has grown to encompass more with the tagline of “Body, Mind, Heart & Soul“. As the blog has grown so has my family – the teenagers we had when I first started are now beautiful young adults.

In the last year or so I’ve had more time to work on my blog and have learnt more about blogging. My newsletter has gone out more regularly. In recent years I’ve added some affiliates.

You’ll find posts I’ve written appearing a few times a year on the MOPS Australia blog. I was also excited to have my first guest post on this blog, earlier in the year. Chocolate seems to feature from my first recipe post of gluten & dairy free Chocolate Slice to my most recent recipe post of GF Chocolate Cake.

Views in the last Year

My top 6 viewed posts for the last year are:

Most of these posts have been written in the last year. How Well Do You Know the Birthday Person Quiz was written less than a month ago, so is doing very well. Corn Thins Pizza has been a top rating post for a few years now.

While half of the posts are to do with food and food intolerances there are some that fit my other categories as well.

Overall Top Views

My top 6 viewed posts for the last 6 years are:

Only the last post was written in the last year but seems to be a much searched topic, so I’m getting lots of visits through the search engines. 4 of the posts are to do with food but a couple of others get a look in. Walking My Way to Fitness & Letting Go have both been shared by others, which has helped with my views.

What’s Next

A resources section has been added to the site and there should be digital resources available to purchase soon! Some of the resources I’ve been selling at conferences will be available on here as well.

You’ll also be able to join my new email series about preparing a Bible for a special child in your life. Similar to what I did for my children.

As always, I welcome feedback or comments and would love to know what you’d be interested in that fits with feeding families in body, mind heart or soul?
