A few months ago I was stressing over all the things that I wanted to do and hadn’t managed to do. I was lying awake one night thinking about lots of things & worrying about all the things that I hadn’t done. Instead I decided that I needed to focus on what I had achieved. There is always more that could be done but it was important to reflect on what had been achieved.
At that time I did get up and write down a to-do list of some of the things on my mind. However, I also started a list of all the things that I had achieved this year. So I thought that I’d share some of what I’ve achieved in 2019, in this post.

What are you proud of achieving this year?
Jillian, this is a great post and follows my practise of writing lists which celebrate my achievements. Even little things like trying a new recipe or writing a letter to a relative. To Do Lists are in no way positive, whereas Taa Daa Lists are encouraging and celebratory. Well done on a successful year on all fronts:)
