As we are currently getting some renovations done in our house, we’ve set up a temporary kitchen in our garage.
My husband moved some of the old kitchen cupboards down into the garage and we’ve set up a temporary kitchen. So we’ve got some crockery, Tupperware and a few other bits & pieces in the cupboards, along with cutlery in the drawers. We’ve got the microwave, Bellini (thermo machine), toaster, toasted sandwich maker & air fryer on the benches.
On a table near the laundry tubs we’ve set up for washing up and are using our camping tubs to wash up in.
I’ve put most of the pantry items in an old cupboard and the fridge has been moved down there as well.
The kitchen table has been set up in the middle of the space.
All in all we have a pretty good set up for a temporary kitchen. Watch my video to see the kitchen. Even though it’s temporary, we still have access to power and running water.
Do you have any good cake or biscuit recipes that can be cooked in a slow cooker or microwave or don’t involve the use of an oven?
