My most used recipe book would be a recipe book my Mum originally compiled when I got married; called “Mothers’ & Others’ Recipes.  It is full of tried and true recipes from her, my mother-in-law and others. Including a Rissole recipe that I have adapted to make them gluten free. She has since made new editions; when my brother got married, when my best friend got married and when my sister-in-laws sister got married.
This recipe book has now been updated and is available to purchase as an eBook. It contains many of the original recipes with variations to make them gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, sulphite free & nut free – if the recipes contain these things. So for the recipe below, in the recipe book, it has the orginal recipe from my mother, along with variations to make them gluten free (recipe in this post) and egg free. The recipe is already dairy & nut free.
My most used page would be the one pictured below, as you can probably tell by the food spills on the page.
All three recipes on the page are used regularly and are recipes from my childhood. Â I do tweak them to fit my families dietary requirements. Â So I thought I would share my version of the rissoles recipe.
