Cut cake and line a large bowl with the cake and then sprinkle with peach juice
Layer jelly, peaches, custard and cream
Add a layer of cake and more of jelly, peaches, custard and cream
Top with flaked almonds
Store in the fridge until ready to serve
Notes
Switch the jelly for vegan jelly to make it sulphite free.Use a bought GF cake or make a cake such as a Brown Sugar Sponge.For dairy free custard I like using Cashew Custard from Quirky Cooking.Substitute the cream for coconut cream as a dairy free alternative. Or leave the cream out and just use dairy free custard.
