Dairy Free Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut condensed milk or small can coconut cream
  • 525 g dark lindt chocolate
  • 60 g nuttelex or butter of choice

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a medium size pyrex/glass bowl (one that can cope with the high sugar/fat temperatures).
  • Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
  • Take and quickly stir until smooth (don't let it sit or it will set in the bowl).
  • Pour into a lined tray.
  • Place into the fridge to set.
  • Once set, cut into squares and store in the fridge.
