Chocolate Bliss Balls

Servings: 12 balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nuts whatever you prefer or have on hand
  • 3 dates
  • 40 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa butter
  • ½ cup quinoa flakes

Instructions

  • Chop nuts and dates on high speed in thermo machine or food processor for about 30 seconds.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix in thermo machine or food processor until combined and mixture comes together, about 30 seconds medium speed.
  • Shape into balls and store in the fridge.

Notes

Alternatively spread into a slice tin and cut into squares, after refrigerating
Or put in glad wrap and roll into a log, store in fridge.  Cut into thin slices for serving.
