Ingredients

25oml boiling water300ml cream or coconut cream (chilled)

Instructions
Place jelly crystals into a bowl, add boiling water and stir to dissolve jelly crystals.
Allow to cool but do not set ( approx 1 hr or 30 mins if using vegan jelly).
Whip cream with cooled jelly until approximately doubled in size.
Place into large serving dish or individual serving dishes.
Set in refrigerator (2hrs or until firm).
Notes
Vegan jelly sets quicker then ordinary jelly crystals, so don't let it cool for too long.
