Flummery or Jelly Whip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt jelly crystals1 cup 25oml boiling water300ml cream or coconut cream (chilled)
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 300 ml cream or coconut cream

Instructions

  • Place jelly crystals into a bowl, add boiling water and stir to dissolve jelly crystals.
  • Allow to cool but do not set ( approx 1 hr or 30 mins if using vegan jelly).
  • Whip cream with cooled jelly until approximately doubled in size.
  • Place into large serving dish or individual serving dishes.
  • Set in refrigerator (2hrs or until firm).

Notes

Vegan jelly sets quicker then ordinary jelly crystals, so don't let it cool for too long.
